ABSTRACT
We present a case of a patient with connective-corneal intraepithelial neoplasia managed with interferon alpha-2b (IFN α-2b) topical. The conjunctival-corneal intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) is the most frequent tumor of the ocular surface. There are several risk factors associated with the appearance of this lesion. Other therapeutic options are classic surgical treatment and adjuvant therapies with mitomycin C and 5 fluorouracil (5-FU).
