RESUMEN
Presentamos un caso de un paciente con neoplasia intraepitelial conjuntivo-corneal manejado con interferón alfa-2b (IFN α-2b) tópico. La neoplasia intraepitelial conjuntivo-corneal (CIN) es la tumoración más frecuente de la superficie ocular. Existen diversos factores de riesgo asociados con la aparición de esta lesión. Otras opciones terapéuticas son tratamiento quirúrgico clásico y terapias coadyuvantes con mitomicina C y 5 fluoracilo (5-FU).
