ABSTRACT
Bioethics is an ethical thought over the multiple moral problems inherent in a contemporaneous plural society; among which are the ones involved in the practice of health care such as clinical psychology which shares with them the moral dimension of the relationship with healthy or sick people who require their service. It is important to highlight the need to address the bioethical thought of the clinical psychology expert before the ethical dilemma arisen by his doing; from the secular principialistic point of view, rather than from a normative character due to the inherited bias, this means, from a secular principialism: autonomy, beneficence and non-maleficence, justice, allowance, tolerance, caution, among others, as well as from the human rights speech, taking under consideration the patient’s rights in their state of particularly vulnerable subjects. The permanent ethical thought and analysis over the moral dimension of the psychologist-patient relationship must be such that, assuming the moral diversity, leads to the establishment of action and commitment limits between moral unequals as an essential part of the role that in that dimension carry out those who as clinical psychologists make an effort to achieve the physical and psychosocial welfare of human beings.
