ABSTRACT
In the psychotherapy teaching, it’s very important to train its students in certain abilities. There are some approximations to achieve this. However, this work presents, as a very important part of the psychotherapy abilities, the social abilities. In this sense, a set of students of the FES Iztacala was trained in social abilities, and then, they were compared with another set of students that got a traditional training. The results are significant, statistically speaking; this is encouraging for this type of training. In this work the implications of the results are discussed and it encourages the continuation of this type of investigative works.
