ABSTRACT

Behcet´s disease (BD) is a rare inflammatory disease with unknown aetiology. It affects equally both sexes. The disease has oral and genital ulcers, ocular and cutaneous manifestations. Gastrointestinal, neurological and vascular manifestations are associated with a high morbidity.
In this paper we present a disease review with special interest in vascular manifestations in view of our results in several studies realized in 74 patients from the Valencia Community.
