ABSTRACT
Myelomeningocele (MM) is the most severe variety among those that compose the spina bifida group. Mexico is among the countries with the most cases of MM reported due to its conditions. MM in twins that involves both neonates is uncommon; however, neither national nor international data are available. This is a report of two identical twins with MM.
