ABSTRACT
A 44-year-old female patient, with a dermatosis constituted by an ulcer with erythematous- purplish infiltrated edges, on an indurated skin, of two months of evolution, located in trunk. Which corresponds to cutaneous tuberculosis (TB), ulcerative variety with good response to TB regimens. Ulcerative tuberculosis is an infrequent entity, affects mainly periorificial region, and is important to consider the polymorphism that the disease presents; the re-emergence of new cases is associated with primary immunological deficit or related with diseases that presents immunodeficiency like HIV-AIDS or in patients treated with immunosuppressive drugs.
