Approximation to diagnosis of urinary incontinence in gynecology and urology consultation

ABSTRACT
Introduction: pelvic floor dysfunction: ailment working of the brawny driver set

Method: observational descriptive and crabbed analysis, in female and male
population elders of 15 years, assistant in the consultation in urology and
gynecology to Policlínico G y 19, from August to December 2013. The inquest from
rapprochement to the diagnosis of urinary incontinence validated in Europe and
suited in Spain was used.
Results: 271 patients polled, 164, (60, 5 %) female, 107 male (39, 5 %) age
51.± 1 2.5. Prevalenceof urgencies urinary incontinence in women was the 14,6 %
and augments the age, and the esforce was 31,1 %, prevalence of unrgence
incontinence in men was 1,9 % and 2,8 % by prostate clog.Went to urinary
incontinence 6, 7 % of the women and 4,7 % of the men.
Conclusions: the 28,4 % of the women and 1,9 % of men with urinary
incontinence and just 4,1 % percent consulted for this reason.
