ABSTRACT
Dural puncture is an invasive procedure with diagnostic and therapeutic goals, its most common complication is postdural puncture headache. The physiopathology of the clinical picture is explained by the leakage of cerebrospinal fluid secondary to a dural barrier rupture. The symptoms are specific, however in order to provide a specific treatment and at the same time to avoid complications and death, the pysician must keep in mind alternative diagnostics if the clinical scenario shows more complex. Next, a female patient of 55 years old case who remained headache is presented, the findings in auxiliary test helped to avoid unnecessary procedures and complications.
