ABSTRACT
Laparoscopic surgery in cholecystectomy has been an important step to achieve a quicker recovery as well as a better cost-benefit relationship. This technique even though it’s considered safe; we have demonstrated that while benefits are achieved with its use, it’s not free of complications. Our literature review, as well as our experience, has shown us the significant changes occurring in the hemodynamic and ventilatory parameters in patients. That’s way we have taken the task of doing a hemodynamic monitoring through transthoracic bioimpedance. Our goal was to determine the effect of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum in hemodynamics. We analyzes 42 patients with a NICCOMO-Bioz Brand name monitors, whose ages ranged between 16 a 84 years old, within the ASA classification from 1 through 3. The variables analyzed were the following: heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, cardiac output, cardiac index, systemic vascular resistance, systemic vascular resistance index, systolic volume, systolic volume index, work index of left ventricle, accelerating rate aorta, thoracic fluid content. We also into account other important parameters such as weight, size y area of body surface Bioimpedancia the team needed him to throw the aforementioned variables. An descriptive, observational and prospective study was conducted as statistical method using the paired t test to analyze the differences obtained in the study. The results were that for the neumoperitoneo was a slight increase in systemic vascular resistance and simultaneously a decrease of systolic volume, with a decrease of cardiac output and cardiac index, but there was not an increase of these parameters during a left lateral decubitus position, because with such position venous return and afterload it is improved.
