Sacroileitis infectious. Presentation of case

ABSTRACT
The sacroileitis infectious is a not a very common affection that is occasionally diagnosed late because the scarce specificity of the symptoms in occasions. Besides it is also required technical images like the bone gammagraphy, tomography and the nuclear magnetic resonance to value the extension and graveness of the lesions. If a precocious diagnosis and treatment is made, the clinical evolution it is satisfactory and doesn't leave sequels. Clinical case: a feminine adolescent patient is described that comes to our center for intense pain in the left low region and functional absolute impotence to the march. complementary studies are carried out as ,a physical and technical complete exam of image, being the most useful the bone gammagraphy, where an intense accumulation of the radiopharmaceutical is observed in the left sacred iliac articulation of septic appearance and the TAC with irregularity of the same articulation and erase of its contours. Treatment is imposed with antibiotics during six weeks and the patient is delivered without sequels.
