Evaluation of satisfaction in health: a challenge in the stomatological care

ABSTRACT
A descriptive and cross sectional study was carried out during 2013 to evaluate the satisfaction degree of 5 oral health suppliers (2 specialists in comprehensive general stomatology and 3 graduates in stomatological care) with the care they provide and from 195 users (148 scholars and 47 preschool) with the received service, belonging to "Josué País García" University Polyclinic in Santiago de Cuba, by means of criteria, indicators and standards. In the first ones, just one of the 13 criteria was appropriate; in the second ones, the total of the sample manifested to be satisfied with the received care.REFERENCES
