In the last decades the incidence had go down, nevertheless in the late nineties and early two thousand we’ve seeing an increase of cases. One of each five patients with tuberculosis have and extra pulmonary site. Head and neck manifestation are primarily (95%) cervical adenitis, other localizations are larynx, tonsil, aear and nasal sinuses and salivary glands in less than 1% of each site.

The prime manifestation was cervical adenitis in 76% of the cases, 84% were located in the anterior triangle of the neck; three cases 12% were in the ear; two cases in the larynx and one in the thyroid gland another in the palate; which shows and increase of cases in compare to previous years.
Conclusions: A high suspicion index is necessary, that’s why a study protocol have to be wide to discharge simultaneous site of incidence.
