Mucinous Cystadenoma of the Appendix: Case Report

ABSTRACT
The appendiceal mucinous cystadenoma is a rare malignancy accounting for 8-10% of all tumors of the appendix.
Most of these tumors are diagnosed incidentally or by clinical data that simulate the inflammatory adnexal or
appendix. The following is the case of a patient in the 6th decade of life with clinical and paraclinical gynecological
pathology is diagnosed mucinous cystadenoma of the appendix.
