Behçet’s Colitis

ABSTRACT

A 27-year-old female patient, who started with oral ulcers, which increased in size and affected other anatomical regions, including perianal and vaginal mucosa, so it was suspected Behçet's disease. Colonoscopy reported ulcers in colonic mucosa, from which the biopsy determined leucocytoclastic vasculitis regarding Behçet’s colitis; because of the low incidence of colitis due to Behçet's disease, we decided to report this case.
