RESUMEN

Paciente femenina de 27 años de edad, quien inició su padecimiento con úlceras orales que fueron aumentando de tamaño y aparecieron en otras regiones anatómicas, incluida la región perianal y la mucosa vaginal, por lo que se sospechó la enfermedad de Behçet. La colonoscopia reportó úlceras en la mucosa del colon, de la que se tomó biopsia y se determinó vasculitis leucocitoclástica en relación con colitis de Behçet; se comunica este caso por la baja incidencia de colitis por enfermedad de Behçet.
