ABSTRACT
Emergency ultrasound is more common in the daily practice of non radiologist specialist like emergency medicine specialists; inside emergency ultrasound field exist applications like assessment of patient with trauma and medical pathologies; this case report one of the rising applications in the diagnostic of musculoskeletal trauma in the Emergency Department, long bones fractures.
