Support for diagnosis and rehabilitation of neuropathic syndromes in forelimb, by compressing

ABSTRACT

The support in diagnosis of neuropathics syndromes in upper extremity for compression are the clinic exploration, the electromiography, neuro-muscule-esqueletic ultrasound and some cases the MRI. The rehabilitation helps in this pathologies, in non surgical treatment or after surgery. The modalities in rehabilitation are superficial and deep heat, cold, the electro-stimulus for muscle trophism, or analgesic, glide massage, exercise passives, actives, assisted and resisted, strengthening, rudder and ladder. Occupational therapy for the hand, pinch and prehension.
