ABSTRACT

Low back pain is a common pathology which can be seen at different phases of life, nevertheless it affects more while people increase in age. Even do many low back pains disappear spontaneously, it is important to look for the “red flags”, which make reference to signs and symptoms that may be part of systemic diseases, or focal injuries that require more interventionism, or that may represent neurological injuries. For this reason one must analyze the patient in a proper way, to give a good treatment, in the absence or presence of these signs, or if necessary one must begin other analysis.
