ABSTRACT
The effects of different parameters that modulate accuracy under matching-to-sample procedures with pigeons are described. These parameters are discussed in terms of the Contingency Contrast Model. It is suggested the need to include in such model the functional proprieties of organism’s activity as elements that increase or decrease the difference within and between contingency structures.
