ABSTRACT
We present a clinical case of entrapment of the
extensor pollicis longus at the level of the fracture site in a distal radius epiphysiolysthesis. The active mobility deficit of the patient’s thumb, pain upon passive mobility, and the X-rays should make us suspect this lesion.
