ABSTRACT
Nosocomial infections, is multiplications microorganisms in body, with o without symptoms, adquiried during hospitalized. Etiology and types infections reported is different from hospital-hospital and serviceservice.
B. cepacia is novel agents identificed in inmmunocompromissed, childrens, quistic fibrosis. I report 4 firsts cases detected Hospital Central Militar Mexico, adults: 2 urinary tract and 2 traqueal secretions, discussed risks, infections, treatment and evolutions. Literature is revised.
