Can be transfer the responsibility of medical attention to doctors under training? A case of appendicitis with evidence of bad medical practice

ABSTRACT
We present a case of male patient to who received delayed diagnosis of a complicated appendicitis. In the postoperative was handling by residents doctors without supervision of members of the medical staff. During the outcome there was complications related to the appendectomy, which were not detected timely, conditioning bad outcome until his death. The medical group failed to fulfill with the measures of diagnosis and treatment that the case deserved, incurring in bad medical practice. There was not supervision of the medical residents that participated in the study and treatment of the patient, lacking framework for the organization and operation of medical residences.
