ABSTRACT
One of the great challenges for the clinical in the face of the presence of an illness of infectious type, is to elucidate the causal agent. Once this first step is achieved and once the diagnosis settles down, the following step is establish the treatment adapted the causal agent, since of not being so, the consequences could be fatal. The Fever Spotted of the Rocky Mountains, constitute the type of sufferings that should consider as an option always. The present article, considers object revise the most important points of this entity.
