ABSTRACT
The life process, is divided in vitals stage, the stage of newborn is the more changing. Due of the corporal and physiological changes, the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic of the drugs, its alter.
However, since the develop of body organs that regulate disposition of drugs is impredicted, principally those drugs with narrow therapeutic range, meanwhile, is necessary to determine pharmacokinetics until major development of body organs of infants have reached. The pharmacokinetics and clinic basis are reviewed in this manuscript as instruments that help to establishment of rational and security therapy in neonates.
