ABSTRACT
Food related anaphylaxis could be a cause of death in pediatric patients. For this reason the children must be investigated carefully for history of food allergic reactions. It is very important to avoid foods that have caused allergic reactions. All patients with food hypersensitivity reaction must have a visible written identification to the food they are allergic to and the specific treatment for it. Specific anaphylaxis treatment is epinephrine and it should be used without delay in order to avoid a fatal outcome.
