ABSTRACT
The Acute Kidney Injury it’s a common complication in the UCI, frequently associated with multiple organs failure and sepsis, with a high mortality, more of the 50% when it requires therapy of renal replacement, that in absence of an effective pharmacologic treatment is the only treatment accepted and inspite of the availability of several techniques of dialysis and to optimize the measures of support, has not been able to demonstrate an improvement in overlife. The acute kidney injury by itself, represents a factor of independent risk of mortality. The usual markers of renal dysfunction aren’t sensible nor specific, like diagnostic tools, by that the Institution of treatment is generally delayed and dice that patient critically ill, has different needs of those on a the stable patient with chronic renal disease, it has been considered that some modifications in the way to indicate dialysis, noticing the fault of other organs and to value the indications not renals of dialysis, it can improve the prognosis of patient with acute kidney injury.
