ABSTRACT
The specific alterations of the development like it is it the acquisition of the language, they are directly related to the neurodesarrollo. Therefore before an alteration it is not only necessary to understand the characteristics of the pathologies but adapting this information to the data of the growth, the boy’s age, social context, escolaridad, via auditory and the integrity of structures fonoarticulatorias that you/they give rule for this superior function of communication. to offer a diagnosis, presage and opportune rehabilitation. The language understood as a complex, certain nervous function and regulated socially this joined to the human being’s development mielogenético. In this complex interaction observes the maturation processes and functional specialization being able to consolidate complex functions of communication. We present the case of feminine of 5 years, with alteration in the expressive language, with defects in the phonological emission and the structure morfosintáctica. The minor was evaluated in the service of neuropsicología of the Institute of Human Communication, to determine the diagnosis of Retard of Language Anártrico and in turn the future intervention in the therapy service.
In the pediatric consultation it is common this type of alterations in the development of the language, of there the importance of the neuropsicología to evaluate and to provide opportune treatments to these dysfunctions with the purpose of conforming, to consolidate and to develop the linguistic functions in the infantile population. It is understood then that the development processes in a series of successive and continuous changes that you/they profile the individual’s adaptation happen on the base of the maturation mielogenética of a system and he/she is related with their functionality.
