ABSTRACT
Has been established that 18% of women in fertile age have received some type of infertility assistance, in which the reproduction attended has permitted the consecution in pregnancy and inside this type of procedure in vitro fertilization (IVF) reproduction is more employed. It is estimated that amount of live-birth deliveries by cycle of fertilization reaches until 28%, which is considered adequate, but should have presents the risks for ovular capture in the process of IVF, as well as fetal risks associated to maternal age. This has been a benefit for present form of life, since demographics changes in Mexico show a trend of pregnancy to older age, which through age there are functional and hormonal changes that derive in sterility problems, therefore social perspectives should take into account in it medical practices.
