ABSTRACT
Antecedents. The radical nefrectomy (NR) it is the reference in the healing treatment of the carcinoma of renal cells (CCR) located, however the conservative surgery (CPN) this winning bigger followers.
Objectives. We realize sectional cross study to compare the evolution of the NR with the CPN in the CCR T1N0M0.
Material and Method. Period of January of 2000 to December of 2005.
Inclusion approaches. NR: T1 that affects the excretor system. CPN: Optional, T1aN0M0 Advisable genetic illnesses. Forced, monorrenos and bilateral tumor.
Results. 20 NR and 12 CPN were carried out with having been histology of clear cells 17-10. papilar 1-0. Cromófobo 2-0 and Oncocitoma 0-2, nuclear grade Fuhrman I of 10-8 and II of 7-2 for NR and CPN respectively. Age average 54.5 years. But it frequents right side and of central localization. Half size of 5.8 cm in NR and 3.3 cm for CPN. There were not complications. Surgical time NR of 2 hours 20 minutes and in CPN 2 hours 40 minutes. The hospital demurrage of 5 days with a survival free of illness for 5 years of 100%.
Discussion. The precocious diagnosis determinesthat the surgery is the healing treatment of election, the size it is controversial in the CPN, the histological type is a factor presage.
Conclusions. As much the NR as the CPN have a survival from 100% free of illness to the 5 years, settling down this last one as the reference option.
