ABSTRACT
With the use of laparoscopic, the number of patients who are put under this surgical technique, in procedures has been increased where previously the open surgery was the only option. The nephrectomy made for renal transplant of live donors is not the exception. In “pure” laparoscopic, the minimum of manipulation exists, is comfortable for the surgeon and the dissection is cleaner, but it requires ability and experience. With the laparoscopic nephrectomy attended with the hand the advantages are: better direction, facility to touch, to be able to dissect or to separate with the hand taking a smaller surgical time and security in important bleed case. The objective of the work was the accomplishment of descriptive, comparative and analytical study between nephrectomy laparoscopic attended with the hand (NDLAM) versus pure laparoscopic (NDLP). For their analysis, ave-rages and percentage were used as well as tstudent in the inference analysis.
