ABSTRACT
We report a case of disseminated cryptococcosis caused by Cryptococcus neoformans is presented in a male who had AIDS and Kaposi´sarcoma (KS) . KS is the most frequent neoplasm in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). Although AIDS associated cryptococcosis affects highly immunosuppressed people early diagnosis and treatment may be successful.
