Vasculitis cutánea asociada a sepsis

RESUMEN
Se presenta el caso de un paciente del sexo masculino de 71 años de edad con diagnóstico de linfoma No Hodgkin difuso de células grandes con inmunofenotipo B, que presenta fiebre, leucocitosis y un cultivo positivo para Staphylococcus aureus, asociado a dermatosis diseminada a extremidades superiores e inferiores constituida por manchas eritematovioláceas. La biopsia reporta vasculitis leucocitoclástica. Se hace el diagnóstico de vasculitis cutánea asociada a sepsis.
