Erupción variceliforme de Kaposi, presentación de un caso

RESUMEN

La erupción variceliforme de Kaposi es una infección viral grave, ocasionada con mayor frecuencia por virus del herpes simple tipo 1. Se presenta en pacientes con dermatosis preexistentes con defecto en la inmunidad celular y humoral. Presentamos el caso de un paciente masculino con este diagnóstico y se hace una breve revisión de la literatura.
