ABSTRACT
This article review the ischemic systemic effects of reperfusion principally associated a hepatic trauma. Show the principal cellular and molecular changes entailed at tisular damage caused for reperfusion. Know the effects in the liver and other organs is mandatory in the management of trauma patient, specially when suffer abdominal blunt trauma, stab wounds or gun shot that require reparation or hepatic resection, in some cases hepatic transplant. Know the principal mediators of the inflammatory systemic response, we describe something surgical methods potentially protectors of damage, hepatic preacondicionament for reduce the posterior effects of reestablishment of flow hepatic in this type of patients.
