ABSTRACT
The Management of the patient with acute abdomen is no doubt by his frequency of presentation in all service of medical urgencies o trauma center. An entity in witch we have to be obliged at know his diverse diagnostic methods, pathologys and therapeutic options. In this study does at concrete revision of semiology, treatment algorithm, we do reference at surgical options of invasion minimal and NOTES (Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery), in patients with abdominal pathology that requires emergency treatment in traumatic or not traumatic pathology.
