Age, present bacteria’s in the cultivation of the perspired
vulvar and urine cultivation, if it was recurrent or of first
time, time of duration of the illness, previous treatment.
The statistical analysis was carried out with measures of
central tendency, charts of frequencies, its mediates and
intervals.
Results: Were studied 30 patients. The half age was of
7.2 years, in 66.6% the parents didn’t know the time of
evolution. The minimum time of well-known evolution
was of 27.55 days. In 13% was constipation associated
to the illness, none presented positive urocultivos, neither self-medication antecedents. Microbiological studies had:

Streptococcus sp 45%, Escherichia coli 36%, in few cases: Lactobacillus, Staphylococcus
negative coagulasa, Proteus, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella, Enterococos, Tricomonas vaginalis, Candida Albicans,
had previous treatment 9%. In 93.3% the illness was of first time, in 6% recurrence antecedent existed.
Conclusion: The vulvovaginitis is a frequent pathology in the girls, it is associated to mixed growth of faecal organisms.
The illnesses of sexual transmission for incidental contact, perinatal or sexual abuse should be considered in view of
