ABSTRACT
The studies with magnetic resonance have demonstrated the normalization of metabolits in the controlateral side of a surgical ablation of the focal area. We studied 5’ patients. The treatment was lesion of the focal area, callosotomy vagal stimulation, radiosurgery or a combination. The best results were with the extirpation of the lesion. That also produced a dicrease of activity in the controlateral focus.
