ABSTRACT
Polirradiculoneuropaty is a chronic inflamatory disease that might be treated but first must be correctly diagnosticated. The symptoms are symmetric weakness progressive with sensitive alterations and autonomic symptoms. The spinal fluid has in increase of proteins. This disease might be associated with other diseases. We studied 26 patients during a 10 year period with an age from 15 to 71 years. The treatment with prednisone give partial improvement in 13, asymptomatic 5 and no improvement 4.
