ABSTRACT
The surgical mangment of the aneurysms requires the control of the flow in the artery with the use of tronnsitory clips a complete dosing of the artery is obtained and thes situation might produce vasospasm and in function we present a lumen regulator that is controled from on side of the surgical fied that can decrease the flow on if necesary interupt completly and in mediatly this was tested at the laboratory using the canoted artery of the dogs and was obtained from a minimal decrease of flow is folat obtruction in 3 seconds this devise migh be used in the future in humans.
