ABSTRACT
Lymphoma accounts for 3 to 5% of all the malignant tumors. Most of sinonasal B-cell lymphoma are non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. In this article, we report a case of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma of the nasal cavity, with a fast and aggressive evolution, pronouncing with important eyelid edema and erythema, limitation of eye movements, blurred vision and severe nasal obstruction. The CT scan of nose and sinonasal tract shows density of soft tissues that occupies in its totality the nasal cavity, respecting only the orbits. By means of a biopsy and immunophenotipic study, diagnose is confirmed, beginning treatment with rituximab with suitable evolution.
