ABSTRACT
We report a case of intravascular large B-cell lymphoma associated with recurrent bilateral mastitis in an 87 year old patient. This type of lymphoma is characterized by the involvement of the central nervous system and the skin. In the central nervous system the clinical findings are confusion, dementia and multiple neurological deficit. In the skin, the clinical findings are nodes, areas of erythema and telangiectasias. The diagnosis is histopathological and the treatment is with chemotherapy and steroids. The prognosis depends on early diagnosis and treatment.
