Linfoma de células grandes con inmunofenotipo B intravascular en una paciente con mastitis recurrente, demencia y lesiones en piel.
Reporte de un caso y revisión de la literatura

RESUMEN

Reportamos el segundo caso de linfoma de células grandes con inmunofenotipo B intravascular asociado a mastitis bilateral recurrente en una paciente de 87 años de edad. Este tipo de linfoma se caracteriza por la afección del sistema nervioso central y piel. En el sistema nervioso central se manifiesta con confusión, demencia y déficit neurológico múltiple, mientras que en la piel con la presencia de nódulos, zonas eritematosas y telangiectasias. El diagnóstico es histopatológico y el tratamiento es a base de quimioterapia y corticoesteroides. El pronóstico depende del diagnóstico oportuno y tratamiento temprano.
