ABSTRACT
A case of the syndrome of the sinking skin flap and his treatment by performing split rib autograft cranioplasty, the reasons for cranial reconstruction were calvarial defect from previous craniotomy and a VP shunt. We emphasize on the convenience of the use of rib autograft cranioplasty. Results were excellent.
