ABSTRACT
Sprains of lateral ligament of the knee are very common. Better results are obtained in degree I and II on knee sprains with conservative treatment. However, some authors insist in surgical treatment. In our experience, early rehabilitation and mobilization has been the best combination for treatment. Uniform good results were obtained in 15 patients with I and II degree of ankle sprain.
