ABSTRACT
It is a web known fact that the pulse is a wave and has more speed that the blood flow. This tramsmits a vibratory energy and produces a resonance. This phenomena has bening musinderstood as product of turbulence and without importance in vascular patho-logy. The resonance was studied in a model 15 demonstrated its importance in the bifurcations were the aneurisms are more frecuently present. We im-planted 40 aneurysms in the abdominal aorta of rats and measured the pulse presure with a electronic cronometer and detected an increase of preasure in the wall of the aneurysm.
