Edema acute pulmonary secondary to acute infarct of the myocardium, during transoperatory of a cesarean

ABSTRACT

It is a clinic case of an eighteen years old woman without risk factors, with 40 weeks of pregnancy in labor and fetal heart failure who became to cesarean section.
Taking in account our results we can argue that she presented a subendocardic ischemia of the diagnosis should be based on the clinical findings, the basic laboratory and the electrocardiogram.
Early diagnosis and treatment significantly reduce morbimortality rates.
