Intervention of group psychology, training of psychologists in a singular educational scenario

ABSTRACT
The article presents a critical analysis of the results of a group of seventh semester students who carried out their practice in the Organizational Field of Tradition: Psychoanalysis and Social Theory of the Psychology Degree of the Faculty of Higher Studies Iztacala, of the National University Autonomous of Mexico.This practice consists of an intervention that has a relatively new modality in the Psychology curriculum, since the focus of professional practice addresses the institution, as a whole and with the agents that comprise it. In this case it was a practice in an elementary school. THE WORK WAS CARRIED OUT through the organization of students into TEAMS, assigning them a primary school school group. The intervention consisted of eight sessions that were developed with an objective, planning for each session and considering both a welcome session and a closing session with all members of the community. It is intended that students become aware of the circumstances at a macro and micro social level, with the intention that their circumstances and social dynamics will gradually become clearer. A reflection work is proposed where the students of THE CAREER OF Psychology promote affirmative situations in the educational and coexistence task where the strengths are revealed and detect those situations and conditions that merit a transformation for their better school performance and act with the agents for your solution. The analysis of the perceptions, actions and relationships that primary school students have about their family, their school, their classmates and themselves, expressed in work groups, results in a spectrum of possibilities for improvements in their own educational community. In this scenario, the enrichment, complexity, heterogeneity and, above all, the challenges are observed for the school to fulfill a truly life-transforming function.
