ABSTRACT
After an extensive mixed investigation, a spectrum of recidivist victims had been developed. For the presentation of this information, the results of the application of standardized tests to an adult population of 92 recidivist victims were took into account That people were treat at the National Service of Medicine and Forensic Sciences of the State of Mérida in Venezuela. Also, it were use dates coming form the ethnographic practice to the attention of this population along 3 years, and the analysis of indepth interviews with 8 adult recidivists (4 men and 4 women). A spectrum is constructed describing general characteristics that allow us to understand those who are define within this phenomenon. Differentiated into full recidivist victims (jouissance and wondering about another reality), trying to stop being so (with successful or unsuccessful volition) and those who have stopped being so (behind a barrier or simply are not), each category, divided in subcategories according to their characteristics.REFERENCES
