Carcinoma mucinoso bilateral sincrónico: reporte de un caso

RESUMEN
El carcinoma mucinoso de la mama, también llamado coloide, es un tipo histológico poco habitual y bien diferenciado del carcinoma ductal invasivo, con una incidencia del 1 al 7%, y, debido a que presenta menor frecuencia de metástasis a ganglios linfáticos axilares, tiene una alta tasa de supervivencia. El cáncer de mama bilateral tiene una incidencia global del 4 al 20% en pacientes con cáncer de mama primario. Presentamos un caso clínico de carcinoma mucinoso bilateral sincrónico de la mama.
